Synopsis

The book Pedagogical evaluation and (auto)correction by Draženko Jorgić is the author's second attempt not to forget the importance of the phenomenon of the dependence of the quality of the teacher's educational work on the frequency of evaluation, i.e. the teacher's feedback on the results of the assessment of their teaching work by students as evaluators. In other words, the author made an effort for the second time to shed additional and significantly enriched theoretical light and again refer to empirical evidence how important today the phenomenon of pedagogical evaluation and (auto)correction is for the professional development of every teacher [...] This supplemented and amended second edition of the book is intended for all those who study and research the phenomena of teacher evaluation by their students, as well as those who are interested in the phenomena of the frequency of feedback and (auto)correction of teachers' pedagogical actions. It will be especially useful for upper elementary school students, their teachers, school pedagogues, principals of elementary schools and all interested researchers who want to investigate pedagogical evaluation and (auto)correction in the same or similar way.
