University of Banja Luka (1975-2025)

The creation of this mono graph is the result of a lo to encapsulate, within a single volume, the devel opment journey of the U across five decades of its existence. These fifty years, from its founding in the niversity of Banja Luka ngstanding aspiration-now distant 1975 to the present day, have been marked by continuous development and enhancement of the teaching and research capacities of the largest higher education institution in the Republic of Srpska. It has been our endeavour to portray this evolution with utmost fidelity, while placing particular emphasis on the University’s present organisational structure, which is a reflection of the unwavering dedication of its staff and students.

The demands of an ever-changing era and the imperative to align with the cutting-edge aspects of higher education is a process that requires us to constantly modernize the resources we have at our disposal. It is our fortune that all staff throughout the University of Banja Luka, from its highest leadership to its operational and executive staff, is aware of the times we live in.
