MAGNET - Empowering Universities through Pedagogical Transformation and Institutional Management

The MAGNET project Managerial and Governance Enhancement through Teaching represents one of the most strategically important undertakings in the field of improving higher education in the Western Balkans. Initiated within the Erasmus+ program (CBHE), MAGNET focuses on building sustainable mechanisms for the professional development of teachers and administrative staff, through innovative pedagogical approaches, digital tools and improving management practices.
